Personalities are many and varied. Some are hard to deal with while others less so. What I have noticed during my years above the earth may be very interesting to you. I have developed a game plan whereby I can deal with the largest number and variety of personalities than ever before in my life. What I do is focus mostly on myself so that I can detect the changes that need to occur in me and be a more pleasant and predictable man. When I am able to do this and in fact affect the changes that make me a better man, it seems almost magical how others change right before my very eyes. If others don't change, I certainly am and, in doing so, it makes other people's personalities less toxic. Give this a shot if you are not already doing so. You will be amazed before you are halfway through.
